2. What Squeeze Now is

Squeeze Now is a browser-based isometric exercise reminder tool. It runs in your browser and prompts you to perform brief muscle contractions during desk work. It is not a medical device and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice.

3. License

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-transferable license key that grants you the right to use Squeeze Now on your personal devices. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent the license system.

4. Updates

Your license includes all future updates to Squeeze Now at no additional cost.

5. Pricing and payment

Squeeze Now is sold as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed by Gumroad. We do not store your payment details.

6. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Squeeze Now for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others. We reserve the right to deactivate licenses used in violation of these terms.

Squeeze Now is a simple reminder tool — not a medical device, fitness program, or source of health advice. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

If you have injuries, pain, circulation issues, or any medical condition, consult a doctor before performing isometric exercises. Kegel and pelvic floor exercises are not appropriate for everyone — if you are pregnant, postpartum, experiencing pain, or unsure, check with a qualified clinician first.

Always use common sense and stop immediately if something feels wrong. We are not responsible for injuries caused by misuse or by ignoring your body's signals. Squeeze Now is a nudge to move. You are always in charge.
